Azno (formerly trAIder / Project Genesis) is a multi-tenant BYOK platform — every tenant brings their own LLM keys — built as a TypeScript monorepo with a Next.js frontend, an Express/Mongoose backend and BullMQ/Redis workers.
Underneath the AI sits a proper multi-currency, double-entry finance ledger covering goals, debts, payroll, recurring transactions and FX, which is where most of the difficulty lived: the advisor is agentic, but every action it wants to take becomes a human-in-the-loop proposal against real money rather than a silent write.
On top of that there is a plugin and entitlement system for gating features per tenant, and a WebSocket engine for real-time chat. 1,031 files across 39 planned phases, all 39 executed and each one closed with a written step summary.
