Stefan Zdraveski's portfolio site: photography, film, music and saxophone in three languages, with an admin panel built into the site. No CMS, no subscription — content is edited in place and published in seconds.

Stefan is a photographer, videographer, composer and saxophonist; his previous site was a template only a developer could change. The new one is a Next.js 16 app on Vercel: a cinematic landing page, productions and galleries driven entirely by content data, and full-screen video that stays smooth on phones.
Everything is editable from an admin panel built into the site — productions, galleries, every text in English, Macedonian and Bulgarian, the look of the site, and an inbox for the contact form with its own anti-spam rules. Content lives in a versioned Vercel Blob store; pages are static and regenerate within seconds of a save. No CMS, no monthly fee.
The same architecture then became this site. Both are covered by unit, end-to-end, accessibility and visual tests on desktop and phone.
