I've been building things on the internet since 2010. Websites, apps, platforms, streams, audiences — usually several at once, because I've never been able to leave a project at "it works" when it could also be found, used, and paid for.

That's the short version of what I do: I take a product from an idea to something people actually use.

The engineering is most of it. I work across the whole stack — TypeScript and Next.js on the front, Node, Express and Hono behind it, Postgres and MongoDB underneath, Expo when it needs to be in a pocket. A lot of my recent work is AI systems: agent orchestration, retrieval, voice interfaces, and the unglamorous parts nobody demos — token accounting, cost control, billing that survives retries, and approval gates so a model never touches real money on its own.

But engineering was never the whole job. I've run a company as CEO and led one as CTO. I've done the SEO, written the copy, designed the product, and built the audience — a YouTube channel past 24,000 subscribers and a Twitch following over 20,000, both from zero. When someone says "we need this shipped, and we need people to find it," I've been on both sides of that sentence.

I'm based in North Macedonia, work remotely on European hours, and speak six languages — two natively, four well enough to do business in.

I'm open to contract and full-time work — senior, lead, or fractional CTO. If you have something half-built that needs finishing, or an idea that needs someone who will own it from architecture through launch, I'd like to hear about it.
